We had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay in London close enough to the underground station and the jubilee line, the tube and shops and buses and the tube. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Greatly enjoyed private bathroom. It was marvellous near the subway.

The managers at Melrose were incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. When I had issues with the heater and TV, they promptly fixed them. The flat was perfect for a solo traveler like me, with just the right amount of space. The bathroom was also newly refurbished, which was a nice touch. The location in Zone 2 was fantastic, and the underground was only a 10-minute walk away. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London.

It had an exceptionally nice and comfortable setting adjacent to train station and shops as well as Wembley Stadium. Liked central heating, an iron and a TV set available.

The studio room was excellent, complete facilities, comfortable stay, convenient location.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location right by the airport as well as Wembley Stadium, everything great. Very kind and helpful staff at any hour. Extremely spacious and bright room, provided with all basic comforts and bathroom plus all equipment. Easy to get to La Bottega di Anna, located within 5 minutes on foot.

Couldn't find shampoo.

I recently stayed at the Melrose Apartment in London and it was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and cozy, and I especially loved having a door that opened up to a small garden. The location was great, situated in a quiet area but still close to the underground station. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The morning meal could use improvement with more variety.

Simple studio with all necessary kitchen tools and strong wifi. Check-in was smooth with helpful staff. Calm neighborhood 10 min walk from metro station with good connections. Tidy, warm apartment with separate kitchen and comfortable bed. Convenient tube line for tourist spots.

The location of this place was perfect and the people were great, it was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the decor was convenient; I appreciated everything and had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. Walking distance to train station. Provided towels, soap, and shampoo. Nice extra touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits. Lovely greeter who showed us how to use amenities.

Nothing it is perfect.

The apartment had a tidy bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. the location was key, with the metro station only a 10-minute walk away, providing great connections to the city center. On top of that, the apartment was warm and cozy, which was perfect for a Christmas stay.

The thin walls were a bit of a problem as we could hear everything that the neighbors were doing. the water from the sink would rise and "flood" the shower cabin, which was quite inconvenient.

The location near the underground station and the Jubilee line is convenient. the room was clean with all the necessary cutlery, cups, and a microwave. the room also had a cute overall design. the staff was helpful with any issues.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Melrose! The location was superb, with easy access to the tube and shops. We felt like we were living like the locals and the local area was interesting and safe. The separate kitchen was a great feature and the bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was exceptional, and we appreciated the instant response via phone and viber. The small kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including an EU to UK adaptor. Despite a minor issue with checking in, Vitor was professional and showed us around the apartment. we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Melrose Apartment. We highly recommend it!
